- All handsets to be credited should be in working order in accordance with our guide to grading your handset:

- ShP pride ourselves on paying you, our customer exactly what you see onscreen for working or non-working phones to avoid disappointment. Please refer to our grading policy for details on how we grade your phone.
- ShP reserves the right to re-grade any handset if it’s condition does not fully match the grade you have given it.
- Imobilise is a crime protection database that blocks lost and stolen handsets so that they will not work on any UK network; ShP will not pay for any handset that is stolen or barred from any UK network. Any such phones received will be re-graded to BER as per our grading policy
- Any handset sent to ShP that had been blacklisted, has had the IMEI sticker removed or tampered with, or the IMEI reprogrammed in the handset will be re-graded to BER as per our grading policy
- A battery should be included where possible but it is not essential. Any handsets sent to us without a battery will be re-graded to Non-Working as per our grading policy
- Any handset that is pin locked will be automatically graded Non-Working as per our grading policy
- ShP has the final decision grading handsets
- SIM cards are not required and cannot be returned if sent in error
- All offers from ShP to purchase your handsets expire after 14 days. Any handsets sent to us outside of the 14 day period will be re-priced according to our current price list.
ShP will not accept responsibility for non-delivery or damage of goods caused in transit by Royal Mail or any other 3rd party courier service
- Handsets sent to ShP cannot be returned
- It is your responsibility to discontinue all services on all handsets sold to ShP before initiating the transaction
- It is your responsibility to ensure all reasonable measures have been taken to remove all your personal data from any handsets sold to ShP and that they have been wiped using a factory default reset
- ShP is not responsible for any previous or subsequent airtime charges accrued prior, during, or after any transaction. Should any airtime charges be accrued, it is the responsibility of the end user and service provider to resolve payment issues
- ShP's seven day price promise is based on seven working days from your order arriving at our warehouse
- ShP's seven day price promise count down starts from it entering our warehouse, consequently the seven day promise cannot be maintained through postal strikes or with missing parcels
- Any orders that contain incorrect address, handset model or IMEI data are exempt from ShP's seven day price promise
- Handsets sent to ShP that do not have a corresponding order on the website will be classified as a donation and no monies will be paid†
- Handsets sent to ShP that are not listed in the database will be classified as a donation and no monies will be paid†
- Handsets sent to ShP that are listed as the wrong model will flag the phone as a potentially re-programmed phone which is illegal under UK law and it will automatically be graded Beyond Economic Repair (BER) and the value set to zero†
- † to prevent these conditions from arising please check your order confirmation is correct before posting the handsets and do not class your handset as a different model if it is not listed; please email us first!
